Architectural Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Architectural Designer with expertise in 3D elevation, interior design, and visualization. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality architectural drawings and 3D renderings for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D elevations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.
• Design interior layouts and concepts as per client requirements.
• Develop realistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and project teams to finalize designs.
• Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with project budgets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in architecture and interior design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop (or similar tools).
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and interior design concepts.
• Creative thinking and excellent visualization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mogappair West, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Interior design: 2 years (Preferred)
