Position Overview

Blind Ambition is seeking a creative and driven Interior Designer / In-Home Design Consultant to conduct in-home consultations and help homeowners select custom window treatments and interior design solutions.

This position includes qualified leads provided by the company, but our most successful designers also generate their own leads through networking, referrals, and relationship building.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home design consultations with homeowners
• Measure windows and evaluate spaces for custom window treatments
• Design and recommend blinds, shutters, shades, draperies, and motorized solutions
• Assist clients with interior design selections
• Present product options based on style, functionality, and budget
• Create proposals and quotes
• Provide outstanding customer service from consultation through installation
• Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals
• Work collaboratively with the Blind Ambition team including office staff and installers
• Generate additional leads through networking and relationship building

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation for in-home consultations
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate clients

Flexible scheduling depending on client appointments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
