Interior Designer & Joinery Sales (Female Preferred) – Dubai

A growing joinery and interior fit-out company in Dubai is seeking a talented and driven Interior Designer & Joinery Sales Executive to join the team.

This is a client-facing role combining design creativity, technical joinery knowledge, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate will assist clients from concept stage through design approvals and support project execution.

Female candidates are preferred for this client-facing position.

Key Responsibilities: Design & Technical

• Prepare concept designs, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Develop AutoCAD drawings, layouts, elevations, and joinery detailing.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings and material specifications.
• Select and present finishes (veneer, laminate, MDF, hardware, paint systems).
• Support fit-out and joinery technical planning.

Client & Sales Coordination

• Meet clients to understand requirements for wardrobes, kitchens, doors, furniture, and full fit-out projects.
• Present design proposals and guide clients through material selection.
• Coordinate with estimation and production teams for pricing and feasibility.
• Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Maintain organized records of projects and client communication.

Project Support

• Coordinate with workshop and site teams.
• Assist with site visits and project monitoring when required.
• Ensure designs are aligned with production capabilities and timelines.

Requirements

• 2–5 years UAE experience in interior design or joinery/fit-out sales.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and workmanship standards.
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• SketchUp / 3ds Max / similar 3D software
• MS Office
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Confident in handling client meetings independently.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Civil Engineering.
• Experience working in a joinery workshop or fit-out company.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
