Join our dynamic team at Linea Studio, the official LEMA and CESAR flagship showrooms in South Florida. We are seeking a talented Interior Designer who shares our passion for Italian craftsmanship, timeless design, and exceptional client experiences.

As part of our design team, you will work directly with clients, architects, and builders to create refined and functional spaces that reflect the signature aesthetic of LEMA and CESAR.

Responsibilities:

• Independently create original interior designs for residential projects using the LEMA and CESAR design point of view and in-depth product knowledge.
• Determine design objectives for each client’s space, taking into account architecture, environment, and lifestyle.
• Use floor plans, sketches, and visual presentations to illustrate design concepts and communicate the LEMA and CESAR vision to clients.
• Meet with clients both in-showroom and on-site to provide design consultations and presentations.
• Lead multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept through delivery and installation.
• Ensure financial goals are achieved through effective project management and design consulting.
• Oversee all phases of the client experience—from first contact to final delivery—ensuring a seamless and elevated process.
• Conduct cold and warm calling to generate new leads, follow up with existing contacts, and build lasting client relationships.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships with the design community and increase brand visibility.
• Organize and host in-showroom events, such as lunch-and-learns, presentations, and private client gatherings to promote the brand and foster new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and factory partners in Italy to bring projects to life.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in high-end residential design or showroom design.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, and presentation methods.
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Passion for Italian design, craftsmanship, and luxury interiors.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to networking, lead generation, and relationship building.
• Comfortable with cold and warm calling as part of business development efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
