Interior designer ( male )

Job Summary:

The Interior Designer is responsible for planning, designing, and executing creative and functional interior spaces that meet client needs and project goals. The role involves conceptualization, space planning, material selection, and coordination with vendors, architects, and contractors to ensure high-quality design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Concept Development

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations based on client requirements and project briefs.
• Create detailed space plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Select color schemes, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
• Ensure designs are functional, safe, and align with current design trends and sustainability practices.

Project Execution

• Prepare working drawings, detailed drawings, and specifications for execution.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Handle project budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement processes.

Documentation & Administration

• Maintain project documentation, material boards, and sample libraries.
• Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and assist in vendor finalization.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architecture.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design projects.
• Technical Skills:
• AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Project management and budgeting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,378.11 - ₹25,000.00 per month
