Interior Designer - Real Estate
The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Interior Designer role for a leading real estate developer in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and proven end-to-end interior design experience across residential and mid- to high-rise building projects. This role involves managing the full design lifecycle—from concept development to detailed design, material and finishes selection, coordination with consultants, and site follow-ups. • Strong expertise in material and finishing selection • Hands-on experience managing the full interior design process • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi government authority approvals and regulations • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills • Proven experience in residential and mid/high-rise projects

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field • Proven experience in residential and mid/high-rise building projects • Strong expertise in materials, finishes, and FF&E selection • Hands-on experience managing projects end-to-end • Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority regulations and approval processes • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
