Our in-house Design & Fit-Out Division manages premium interior design, space planning, material selection, and site execution to ensure exceptional design standards across all PSI properties.

We are currently hiring a talented Interior Designer (Residential Units) to join our growing Design Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, space plans, and mood boards for residential units (apartments, villas, townhouses).
• Prepare detailed design presentations including furniture layouts, color palettes, finishes, and material boards.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assess existing conditions for accurate design development.
• Collaborate closely with the 3D designer and draughtsman to ensure alignment between design intent and technical drawings.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories as per project guidelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and fit-out teams to ensure design implementation meets approved standards.
• Review and approve samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings.
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and documentation for tender or construction packages.
• Ensure all designs are functional, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with PSI quality benchmarks.
• Participate in site inspections to ensure design quality, progress, and compliance.
• Maintain effective communication with Sales, Property Management, and Fit-Out teams regarding design requirements.

Requirements / Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as an Interior Designer specializing in residential projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Experience in residential design including layouts, finishes, color palettes, and furniture selection.
• Ability to convert design concepts into detailed drawings and presentations.
• Strong understanding of joinery details, materials, and contemporary interior design trends.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, and structural drawings.
• Excellent creativity, visual sense, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Fluent communication skills .
• Experience working with UAE Interior Designing companies

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
