Role Description

The Interior Designer will focus on conceptualizing, designing, and managing projects for restaurants and F&B spaces. Responsibilities include conducting space planning, creating design proposals, developing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to suit the brand vision. The role requires collaboration with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets The Lab Holding’s creative standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

• Skills in Space Planning and Architecture to design functional and aesthetically pleasing restaurant and F&B environments.
• Proficiency in creating and interpreting Construction Drawings to execute detailed and accurate project plans.
• Expertise in Interior Design and FF&E selection to deliver cohesive and inspiring designs aligned with The Lab Holding's brand vision.
• Strong project management, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Relevant experience in designing for the F&B or hospitality sector preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within deadlines.
