Interior Designer & Sales Consultant – High-End Remodeling (Orange County)

We looking for a talented Interior Designer who also has a passion for selling remodeling projects.

This is a high-income opportunity for someone who can consult with clients, design stunning interiors, and confidently close full-scope remodeling jobs.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective clients in their homes or our showroom
• Design kitchens, bathrooms, ADUs, and full remodels
• Prepare mood boards, layouts, and material selections
• Present design concepts and close remodeling jobs with our team
• Work with our design and construction staff to guide projects
• Use Buildertrend (or learn it quickly) to update selections
• Ensure clients have a luxury, streamlined experience from start to finish

Compensation:

• Commission on jobs sold (very high earnings potential)
• Design fee per project

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of interior design experience (residential preferred)
• Experience or comfort with in-home sales or high-ticket selling
• Organized, stylish, and persuasive communicator
• Familiarity with construction and remodeling timelines/materials
• Based in Orange County with access to transportation
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
