Interior Designer / Sales Executive

A leading kitchen and furniture company is currently looking for a qualified Full-Time Interior Designer / Sales Executive for its Kitchen / furniture division

The candidates must met the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (professional certificates is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Interior Design background or experience in furniture store sales
• English Language is required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with customers and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Meets with Clients to discuss and determine interior design requirements.

2. Advise Clients on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and use of furnishings or equipment and color coordination.

3. Develops and interprets the Clients needs into rough plans.

4. Use computer aided design software (such as CAD, 3DMax and other design software) to create models and visuals.

5. Prepares the detailed plans, diagrams and sketches for interior construction, materials, finishes, lightings and furnishings.

6. Research and decide on materials and product sourcing.

7. Estimates material requirements and costs, and present it to Client for approval.

8. Corresponds with suppliers for various materials and products.

9. Inspects and supervise the work progress to ensure the quality and safety standards cost deadlines are met.

10. Resolves technical as well as other issues due to site condition while execution.

11. Conducts Site visits and site coordination whenever necessary

12. Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.

13. Reports to the Management as and when required.

14. Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
