Typical responsibilities would include:
- Finding and contacting potential clients — businesses that send regular parcels (e-commerce stores, corporate offices, suppliers, etc.).
- Pitching SPEX services — rates, delivery speed, pickup options, and reliability.
- Visiting customers or following up over phone/email to close deals.
- Tracking customer accounts — making sure shipments are handled properly and clients stay happy.
- Coordinating internally with operations/logistics to ensure deliveries go as promised.
- Meeting sales targets set by your manager (monthly or quarterly).
- You must have previous experience in parcel/courier sales — that means you should already understand the delivery business, pricing models, and customer needs.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — since you’ll be dealing directly with clients in English (and possibly Arabic).
- Confidence and mobility — you’ll probably need to visit customer sites around Riyadh.
- Knowledge of local courier market
- Salary: not fixed — it’ll depend on your experience and performance in interview.
- Expect a base salary + commission or incentives based on how many clients or contracts you bring in.
- May include transportation allowance, mobile, and sales commission typical for sales roles.
