Sales Executive (Parcels Div (SPEX)

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Typical responsibilities would include:

  • Finding and contacting potential clients — businesses that send regular parcels (e-commerce stores, corporate offices, suppliers, etc.).
  • Pitching SPEX services — rates, delivery speed, pickup options, and reliability.
  • Visiting customers or following up over phone/email to close deals.
  • Tracking customer accounts — making sure shipments are handled properly and clients stay happy.
  • Coordinating internally with operations/logistics to ensure deliveries go as promised.
  • Meeting sales targets set by your manager (monthly or quarterly).
  • You must have previous experience in parcel/courier sales — that means you should already understand the delivery business, pricing models, and customer needs.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills — since you’ll be dealing directly with clients in English (and possibly Arabic).
  • Confidence and mobility — you’ll probably need to visit customer sites around Riyadh.
  • Knowledge of local courier market
  • Salary: not fixed — it’ll depend on your experience and performance in interview.
  • Expect a base salary + commission or incentives based on how many clients or contracts you bring in.
  • May include transportation allowance, mobile, and sales commission typical for sales roles.
