Interior Designer & Sales - Lighting

We are looking for an Interior Designer with a specialization in lighting to join our team. The ideal candidate is Arabic-speaking, has a strong understanding of high-end lighting solutions, and can combine design creativity with sales acumen to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop lighting concepts for high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences.
• Provide expert guidance on lighting fixtures, placement, and ambiance.
• Create detailed design presentations, 3D visualizations, and lighting plans.
• Assist the sales team in client consultations and proposal development.
• Maintain knowledge of luxury lighting brands, trends, and technologies.
• Ensure project execution meets design intent and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in high-end lighting design.
• Proven experience in interior design sales or client-facing roles.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and high-end lighting projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
