We are hiring Interior Designer – Sales professionals for our Gurugram office to handle residential interior sales projects, including modular kitchens and full home interiors.

This is a sales-focused role with execution accountability. Candidates are expected to manage client expectations realistically in terms of scope, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and walk-in leads for interior projects
• Understand client requirements and budget constraints
• Present design options, materials, and cost breakups clearly
• Coordinate with design and execution teams for accurate proposals
• Close deals with clearly defined scope and payment milestones
• Maintain structured follow-ups and lead records

Requirements

• Experience in interior sales or interior design with client-facing exposure
• Practical knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution limitations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage timelines and client expectations without overcommitment
