Interior Designer / Site Supervisor

Role Snapshot

We’re hiring a Interior Designer/Site Supervisor to bring our designs to life on-ground — translating drawings into reality, ensuring seamless execution, and acting as the eyes and ears of RAMU’S at every site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities; ensure work aligns with approved 2D/3D drawings & BOQs.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth progress.
• Monitor quality of materials, finishes, and workmanship; enforce standards.
• Identify, flag, and resolve site issues quickly and professionally.
• Track progress & timelines; share clear updates with the design/project team.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and protocol compliance.

Must-Haves

• Ability to read & interpret drawings and BOQs confidently.
• Strong on-site coordination with vendors/carpenters/electricians/MEP teams.
• Clear communication, organized under pressure, and proactive problem-solving.

Good to Have

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Interior/Architecture.
• 1–3 years of interior site execution (motivated freshers with strong exposure may apply).
• Familiarity with basic MS Excel/Google Sheets for progress tracking.

• Type: Full-time, on-site with local travel.
