Interior Designer—Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling

Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer specializing in Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces and possess strong technical skills in design software and project management. Duties

• Develop comprehensive interior design concepts for kitchen and bathroom remodels, incorporating client preferences and current design trends.
• Create detailed floor plans, 3D models, and renderings using SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage multiple projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, create estimates, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting solutions, and fixtures that align with project specifications and client preferences.
• Oversee remodeling processes by collaborating with contractors during construction phases to ensure designs are executed accurately.
• Prepare contracts, proposals, and budgets while maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay informed on industry trends related to lighting sales, lighting design, renovation techniques, and construction best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in interior design with a focus on kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max <PERSON>, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), and CAD drafting tools.
• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting design principles, remodeling processes, construction standards, and budgeting.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for client presentations and collaboration with contractors and vendors.
• Knowledge of contracts management related to interior design projects is preferred.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous work in interior design—particularly kitchen & bathroom renovations—is highly desirable. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
