Job Title: Interior Designer (Senior & Junior)

Location: Chinchpokli (W), Mumbai
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off) | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Position Summary

Seeking creative and detail-oriented Interior Designers (Senior & Junior) to join our growing design team. The role involves handling projects from concept development to detailed design and execution, ensuring seamless coordination across clients, consultants, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs, mood boards, and presentations for residential and commercial interiors.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and BOQs using AutoCAD and related tools.
• Manage material selection, specifications, and vendor coordination.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and design reviews.
• Ensure project quality, accuracy, and timelines in collaboration with site teams and project leads.

For Senior Designers / Project Leads:

• Lead design teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Oversee concept-to-completion design delivery.
• Guide Junior Designers and coordinate with clients independently.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Junior Designer: 2–4 years of experience.
• Senior Designer / Project Lead: 4–7 years of experience.

Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and presentation tools.
• Creative visualization and design detailing ability.
• Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of AI tools for design visualization will be an added advantage.

Compensation

• Junior Designer: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• Senior Designer / Project Lead: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month

(Based on experience and portfolio)

Other Details

• Probationary Period: 6 months
• Leaves: 14 annual paid leaves + 14 government holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
