Interior Designer/Sales Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Interior Designer/Sales Professional to join our creative team. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the design process, creating inspiring concepts, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for residential or commercial projects
• Develop comprehensive interior design concepts using tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, color schemes, and material selections that align with project goals
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results
• Present design proposals confidently to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary adjustments
• Assist in lighting sales by recommending appropriate lighting solutions and integrating lighting design principles into overall plans
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers during renovation or remodeling projects to ensure seamless execution

Requirements

• Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of drafting techniques, color theory, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), lighting design, and construction processes
• Knowledge of contracts, budgeting, renovation management, and project management best practices
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly and negotiate effectively with clients and vendors
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Nice-to-have skills include experience in lighting sales, remodeling projects, and familiarity with the latest industry trends in interior design
