Interior Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled Interior Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will transform design concepts into accurate technical drawings and 3D layouts, ensuring that projects are executed according to client requirements, design intent, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts for interior spaces, including plans, elevations, sections, and furniture layouts.
• Develop 3D visualizations and renderings to support design presentations.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback, site observations, or design changes.
• Prepare as-built drawings and documentation upon project completion.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company quality guidelines.
• Maintain organized documentation and version control of all drawings.
• Assist site teams with technical clarifications and guidance when needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and familiarity with 3D design software.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Experience in residential, commercial, or villa renovation projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, finishes, and space planning.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and industry standards (UAE preferred).
• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with AI-based design or visualization tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
