Interior Draftsman / Technical Designer (Retail & F&B)

We are looking for a Junior Interior Draftsman / Technical Designer to support internal store design documentation, interior layouts, and concept development for our outlets. This is an in-house support role focused on retail/F&B interior layouts, spatial planning, and basic visual concepts.

This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or junior-level candidate with strong drafting fundamentals and exposure to interior decoration or interior design, particularly in retail or F&B environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare interior layout drawings for new outlets and renovations
• Develop basic interior design drawings including floor plans, furniture layouts, and spatial planning
• Support concept development including materials, finishes, colors, and basic interior visuals
• Update drawings based on operational, branding, or design changes
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for interior-related visuals and technical layouts
• Assist in preparing mood boards and simple presentation drawings for concept approvals
• Organize and maintain a structured library of design files and outlet drawings

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Decoration, Architecture, or related field
• Proficiency in drafting/design software (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Basic knowledge of interior layouts, measurements, materials, and finishes
• Exposure to retail or F&B interior design is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply

Pay: BD200.000 - BD250.000 per month
