Interior Estimator Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for interior design and fit-out projects
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Support pricing of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
• Collect and analyze vendor quotations; maintain vendor comparison sheets
• Help prepare tender documents, proposals, and cost breakdowns
• Update and maintain estimation databases and cost libraries
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for clarifications
• Track revisions and assist with value engineering options
• Ensure estimates align with project scope, quality standards, and timelines
