Responsibilities
FF&E and Interior Finishing Coordination
- Manage the complete FF&E package across all design and documentation phases (SD–DD–
CD).
- Prepare and update FF&E specifications, schedules, and procurement lists (furniture,
lighting, sanitaryware, decorative elements, fabrics, carpets, art, and accessories).
- Coordinate selection, sourcing, and technical verification of all FF&E items with suppliers
and design teams.
- Review and approve FF&E shop drawings, material samples, and prototypes from vendors.
- Ensure consistency between FF&E specifications and interior architectural drawings.
- Oversee mock-ups, sample approvals, and final sign-off of finishes and furnishings.
- Maintain control over vendor communication, submittal tracking, and approval process.
Procurement and Material Management
- Identify and evaluate local and international suppliers for finishes and FF&E items.
- Conduct commercial negotiations — pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and value engineering options in collaboration with
project architects.
- Plan and track purchasing schedules and delivery logistics to align with project timelines.
- Manage documentation including contracts, POs, invoices, warranties, and completion
certificates.
Technical & Project Support
- Assist the design team in preparing FF&E layout plans, schedules, and specification books.
- Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance with design intent.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure correct installation of finishes and
furniture.
- Support local sourcing adaptation for imported materials when required.
- Participate in quality control checks and installation supervision during fit-out stages.
- Collaborate with designers to finalize accessories, artwork, and styling for completed
interiors.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in interior finishing, FF&E management, or procurement for
design/construction projects.
- Proven expertise in high-end residential or hospitality interiors.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture construction, lighting, and sanitary
products.
- Understanding of FF&E documentation, specification standards, and approval workflows.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian supplier markets — materials, logistics, pricing, and
import dynamics.
- Confident in Excel and specification tracking tools (experience with Revit/AutoCAD a
plus).

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
