Job Title:Operations Manager &ndash; PMS OperationsDepartment: OperationsLocation: MumbaiRole Summary:Responsible for managing end-to-end PMS operational activities including client servicing, fund accounting coordination, distributor management, compliance documentation, fee processing, MIS maintenance, and corporate action handling. Invoice &amp; Financial Support:o Issue invoices for legal services rendered and ensuremely follow-ups onpayments from clients.o Ensuring all of the financial transacons are monitored, verified andrecorded.o Maintain basic accounts related to the firm&rsquo;s operaons.o Assist with other administrave tasks related to financial documentaon asneeded.7. Note-Taking &amp; Dictaon:o Take notes during meengs, client calls, and court hearings, providing clear,concise summaries when required.o Assist in transcribing legal dictaon for briefs, contracts, and other legaldocuments.8. Confidenality &amp; Legal Compliance:o Handle all sensive legal and client informaon with the utmostconfidenality.o Ensure compliance with legal regulaons and office protocols.9.
