Job Overview:
We are seeking a Personal Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Director with both professional and personal tasks. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, handling communication, preparing documents, and overseeing personal commitments such as payments, appointments, and reminders.

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office & Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication - English ,Gujrati , Hindi
  • organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily calendar, schedule meetings, and organize all appointments.
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Plan and book travel arrangements with complete itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage confidential information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners as required.
  • Manage personal tasks: track payments, investments, EMIs, credit card bills, and set reminders.
  • Support with personal errands and ad-hoc requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
