Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee full project operations from concept to completion.
  • Prepare and manage authority submissions, approvals, and documentation.
  • Monitor project timeline, budget, progress, and ensure compliance.
  • Lead site coordination between design, procurement, factory, and subcontractors.
  • Manage client communication with regular progress updates.
  • Resolve on-site challenges proactively to maintain schedule and quality standards.
  • Review and coordinate technical drawings and ensure alignment with design intent.
  • Oversee procurement, supplier follow-ups, and material submittals.
  • Conduct quality control checks during joinery and fit-out stages.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site teams effectively.
  • Prepare and monitor progress reports, lookahead schedules, and checklists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
  • 5–10 years of experience in high-end interior fit-out project management in the UAE. •
  • Proven experience with luxury residential or commercial turnkey projects.
  • Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery details, and authority processes. •
  • Excellent English communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Project, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
  • Knowledge of UAE authority procedures (Civil Defense, ADM, Estidama).
  • Driver’s license and flexibility to visit sites and suppliers.
  • Arabic language is a plus.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
