We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee interior design and fit-out projects from design completion through final handover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQs, estimating project costs, managing procurement, sourcing materials, coordinating suppliers and contractors, and ensuring execution aligns with approved designs, budgets, and timelines.
## Key Responsibilities
### Pre-Execution & Cost Management
- Review completed design packages and construction drawings.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for all project elements.
- Develop preliminary and final project cost estimates.
- Analyze project costs to ensure alignment with client budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising design quality.
### Procurement & Supplier Management
- Source materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes according to project specifications.
- Request, compare, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms with vendors.
- Prepare procurement schedules and track purchase orders.
- Build and maintain a reliable supplier database.
### Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop project execution plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure all required materials and resources are available on time.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues.
### Site Supervision & Quality Control
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor workmanship quality and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Verify completed work before approvals and payments.
### Budget & Reporting
- Track project costs against approved budgets.
- Monitor variations and additional works.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and cost reports.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
### Project Close-Out
- Coordinate final inspections and snagging.
- Ensure completion of outstanding works.
- Obtain supplier warranties and project documentation.
- Manage project handover to the client.
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
- Experience in procurement and supplier negotiations.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and project management software.
- Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: BD400.000 - BD750.000 per month
