Position. Interior Fit-Out QS / Estimator –

Candidate: male / female

Main role:

Manage costs and prepare estimates for interior fit-out projects (offices, retail, hospitality, residential).

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing cost plans, BOQs, and tender estimates

• Take-offs from drawings (finishes, joinery, ceilings, partitions, MEP interfaces)

• Cost control and valuation

Typical skills needed:

• Strong measurement & estimating skills

• Knowledge of interior trades and finishes

• Excel (advanced), estimating software

• Understanding drawings & specifications

• Commercial awareness and attention to detail

Background / qualifications:

• Quantity Surveying or Construction-related qualification

• Experience in fit-out or refurbishment projects is highly valued

Pay: AED800.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
