Job Description:

Asian Mold Craft International Decor is hiring an experienced Interior Fit-Out Site Foreman / Supervisor to manage and supervise on-site interior works and ensure smooth project execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out site activities
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor site progress, quality, and productivity
• Manage manpower, materials, and tools efficiently
• Ensure HSE and safety compliance at site
• Prepare daily site reports and update progress to management
• Coordinate inspections and handover activities
• Resolve site-related issues and maintain discipline on site

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as Interior Fit-Out Site Foreman or Supervisor
• Strong experience in interior fit-out works (gypsum, joinery, false ceiling, finishes, etc.)
• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
• Good knowledge of drawings and site execution
• Ability to manage workforce and meet deadlines
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Immediate joiners preferred
