Interior Fitout supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a Site Supervisor with a background in Civil Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the interior fit-out or related construction field. The role will involve leading teams, ensuring quality control, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing the site’s day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily interior fit-out activities, ensuring smooth execution.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work adheres to architectural drawings, specifications, and industry quality standards.
• Coordination: Act as a point of contact between subcontractors, vendors, designers, and consultants.
• Scheduling: Assist in developing work schedules and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise on-site to prevent delays.
• Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports and share updates with the project managers.
• Health & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out or related construction fields.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of architectural drawings, interior design finishes, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) coordination.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams of carpenters, electricians, painters, and other trades.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to ensure effective coordination with all project stakeholders, including clients, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
