We're Hiring: Interior Fit-out Site Supervisor

Location: Sharjah (Al Sajja)

Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000/month

Smart Vision LLC is looking for an experienced Interior Fit-out Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations and ensure top-quality execution for residential, commercial, and bespoke interior projects. The role includes both on-site supervision and quality checking of production work in the factory.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities and labor teams
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and suppliers
• Ensure site safety, material quality, and timely progress
• Inspect factory joinery and fit-out works for quality and accuracy before site delivery
• Interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications for precise execution
• Provide daily progress reports and communicate updates to management
• Solve site-level challenges promptly and maintain professional standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of interior fit-out supervision experience in the UAE
• Strong understanding of joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, and quality control
• Proven record in high-end villas, offices, showrooms, or hospitality projects
• Good communication and leadership skills
• UAE driving license preferred
• Must relocate to Sajja, Sharjah
• Immediate joining required
