Position: Site Operations In-Charge
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Experience: 4-5 years of similar experience

We are looking for a Site Operations In-Charge to oversee and manage site operations effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between site supervisors, HR, and accounts teams for accurate timesheet collection and invoice submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
-->Supervise and guide a team of site supervisors to collect and verify timesheets accurately.
-->Ensure all timesheets are verified by respective supervisors and workers before submission.
-->Coordinate with HR and Accounts for invoice preparation and ensure timely follow-up.
-->Submit invoices to clients and obtain proper acknowledgements.
-->Maintain proper records of submissions and support documentation.

Requirements:
-->Minimum 4–5 years of experience in site coordination, timesheet management, or similar operations within the manpower supply or contracting industry.
-->Strong communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu, and Malayalam.
Valid UAE driving license.
-->Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,100.00 per month
