MEP SUPERVISOR for SHARJAH BRANCH

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all MEP site activities, ensuring work is executed in line with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and inspect installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Review MEP shop drawings and coordinate with architectural and structural teams to resolve design conflicts.
• Plan and schedule daily work activities for MEP technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all works comply with local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare progress reports, material requests, and manpower forecasts.
• Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Support project managers in quality assurance, cost control, and timely delivery of MEP works.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical guidance on-site when issues arise.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities (for facility management roles).
