We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project management across multiple interior projects, ensuring smooth coordination between design and execution teams, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and assist the architecture and interior design teams in planning, developing, and executing designs for residential, commercial, or corporate interior projects.

Coordinate between clients, consultants, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Review and interpret drawings, monitor site progress, and resolve site issues in coordination with contractors and vendors.

Present project proposals and design ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Qualifications:

Diploma or equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, and finishes.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in site execution, project coordination, and vendor/client handling within the interior design or architectural industry.

Skills:

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
