Interior Project Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: 2–3 years (Interior Fit-Out / Joinery / Exhibition Stands)Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and coordinate approvals.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
• Provide technical support and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Prepare progress reports and assist the project manager in cost control and resource planning.

• Accurate documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and joinery execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Dubai in interior fit-out projects (mandatory).
• UAE driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED77,287.51 - AED93,077.42 per year
