Interior project manager

Key Responsibilities:Project Management

• Lead interior design projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams (designers, architects, procurement, etc.) and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors).
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications and codes.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues in a timely manner.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Present design concepts, materials, and progress updates to clients.
• Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Design Oversight

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure alignment between project goals and design deliverables.
• Review and approve design documentation including drawings, finishes, and specifications.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

Procurement & Budgeting

• Oversee the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
• Ensure vendor deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
• Track project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor junior team members and interns.
• Coordinate the work of various specialists including MEP consultants, lighting designers, and contractors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹374,989.84 - ₹1,640,835.31 per year
