We are currently seeking a Bid/Tender Manager to join our team and manage tenders on the IREPS (Indian Railways E-Procurement System) Portal.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, track, and submit bids/tenders on the IREPS Portal.

- Coordinate closely with Sales, Product, IT teams, vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure revenue maximization.

- Manage GEM (Government e-Marketplace) and IREPS portals, including RFQ, billing, and estimation processes.

- Handle online and offline tender submissions, including vendor registration and government tender e-filing.

- Manage the preparation and end-to-end submission of tender documents (online/offline).

- Follow up with clients regarding tender queries, Earnest Money Deposits (EMDs), and rejections.

- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and vendor registrations.

- Navigate both online and offline bidding processes, including reverse auctions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Prior experience with online tendering (GEM/IREPS) and government e-tender portals is highly preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to manage the bidding process rigorously.

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred).
