Job Role – Project Manager (Construction & Service Image)

New Projects: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. Coordinate with Vendors/ workers and keep an efficient work environment.

Key task

  • Market Visit for Site selection and negotiation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis for service expansion
  • Render a hand sketch/ CAD file of site layout with accuracy of measurements.
  • Monitor and supervise interior construction, renovation, or fit-out projects.
  • Prepare detailed asset procurement plans and obtain approvals, aligning the delivery as per planned Operation timelines.
  • Manage subcontractors (e.g., carpenters, painters, electricians) and labourers.
  • Ensure effective communication among the project team/stakeholders.
  • Plan for required branding in the nearby markets/retail outlets to improve public awareness.
  • Preparation of required documents, including market and SC image photos.
  • Easy to find – Navigation photos from the nearest landmark

Maintenance: Overseeing the upkeep, cleanliness, and overall appearance of the facilities. Ensures that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, Image standards are met, and the site keeps a professional and welcoming environment for customers. Manage maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Key task

  • Conduct routine visits (monthly) to Service centers to find wear and tear.
  • Keep daily maintenance logs (fitouts, lights, tiles, sofa, desk, and other assets in the store) and report with a solution approach plan.
  • Manage maintenance supply inventory (light bulbs, cleaning agents, tools).
  • Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs (e.g., AC, carpenter, electrical).
  • Manage CCTV access with prompt updates.
  • Plan for branding elements based on the new product launch and regional festivals (e.g., seasonal displays).
  • Ensure minimal disruption to operations during repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma (Civil/Arch) or any relevant field experience.
  • Effective communication and people skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a go-getter's approach.
  • Problem-solving and finding alternatives to meet the targets/requirements.

Preferred skills:

  • Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
  • Basic knowledge of interior, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Interior fit out

Experience: 1+ years in construction and maintenance supervision.

Age- Within 30 years

Gender- Male preferable
