Interior Projects Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a client-focused and detail-oriented Interior Projects Consultant to oversee and support the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, design teams, contractors, and authorities, ensuring smooth project delivery in line with design intent, timelines, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact with clients, providing design and project-related consultation.
• Coordinate between design, technical, procurement, and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Assist in preparing proposals, BOQs, and project presentations.
• Review and interpret interior design drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defence, Trakhees, etc.).
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Advise clients on design solutions, materials, and finishes aligned with project budgets.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates.
• Support project managers in risk assessment, issue resolution, and change management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior design/fit-out project consulting.
• Strong understanding of UAE fit-out regulations and authority approvals.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of design software is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage projects under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
