Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Proactively identify, prospect, and engage potential clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences. Sales & Consultation: Present and demonstrate interior design products and services, offer expert advice, and guide clients in selecting suitable furniture, decor, or materials. Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations, then negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service. Collaboration: Work closely with design, project, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest interior design trends, new products, and competitor offerings to effectively position products. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and contribute to the company's overall sales goals. Essential Skills & QualificationsProven Sales Experience: Experience in sales, ideally within the interior design or furniture industry. Strong Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities. Knowledge of Design: A solid understanding of interior design concepts, products, and industry trends. Client Relationship Skills: The ability to build rapport and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients. Negotiation & Closing Skills: The ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals. Self-Motivation: A self-driven and target-oriented individual with strong organizational skills. Teamwork: The ability to work effectively within a team environment, collaborating with different departments.
