Interior Site Supervisor

We are seeking a talented and driven Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The Site Supervisor at Indigo Interiors will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring the execution of interior design and fit-out projects meets the company’s quality standards, timelines, and client expectations. This role involves coordinating between the design team, contractors, and vendors, while managing work schedules and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

On-Site Project Supervision

• Oversee and supervise interior design projects at various stages of construction and installation.
• Ensure the execution of the project aligns with approved design plans, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, designers, and workers to ensure that work is being completed on time and to the required quality standards.

Team & Workforce Management

• Manage and supervise site workers, including carpenters, electricians, painters, and laborers.
• Ensure all team members follow safety guidelines and company policies while working on-site.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and tools for the job.

Quality Control & Inspections

• Perform regular quality checks on all work being done on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Report on progress and any discrepancies between the project plan and site implementation.
• Ensure that materials used are of the appropriate quality and match design requirements.

Schedule & Time Management

• Prepare daily/weekly work schedules and ensure deadlines are being met.
• Monitor site progress and adjust work schedules as necessary to prevent delays.
• Communicate project milestones and deadlines with the Project Manager and stakeholders.

Client & Vendor Coordination

• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and tools to the site.
• Address client concerns or issues promptly and ensure satisfaction.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all site activities comply with local construction and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Conduct regular safety meetings with the site team to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
