Interior Site Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are a high-end turnkey interior solutions company looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Execution

Supervisor to lead and manage on-site execution of interior projects. The role involves supervising site works, coordinating

with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met, managing daily labour, and handling

client and consultant communications. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of hands-on interior execution

experience and must be capable of independently handling luxury and premium residential/commercial interior sites.

 Job Role

- Site Supervision & Execution:

Oversee day-to-day execution activities at interior project sites including civil, electrical, false ceiling, painting,

and carpentry work, ensuring adherence to design and quality.

- Vendor & Labour Coordination:

Coordinate with skilled labour and subcontractors, ensuring their timely deployment, work output quality, and

productivity on site.

- Material Planning & Management:

Plan daily material requirements, coordinate procurement needs with the purchase team, and track usage to

avoid delays or wastage.

- Drawings & Design Compliance:

Read and interpret architectural and interior drawings and ensure all execution work aligns precisely with

approved designs.

- Quality Checks & Issue Resolution:

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality, finish standards, and proactively resolve any

site-level execution issues.

- Client & Consultant Coordination:

Maintain professional communication with clients, architects, and consultants, sharing timely updates and

addressing on-site concerns.

- Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain daily site progress reports, labour attendance, and work logs; update reporting systems regularly with

project progress.

- Timelines & Delivery Monitoring:

Ensure the project execution stays on schedule, flagging any deviations early, and working with internal teams

to achieve timely handovers.

- Site Safety & Cleanliness:

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain clean, organized worksites at all times.

 Skills:

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu

- Site coordination and management

 Knowledge:

- Interior Execution & Detailing:

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, installation standards, and detailed interior construction processes.

- Basic Software Usage:

Familiarity with MS Office, WhatsApp communication, and ability to read AutoCAD drawings.

- Site Documentation:

Proficiency in preparing daily reports, work checklists, and photographic documentation of progress.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
