Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities at the site, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce
• Ensure the work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor material usage and report requirements to the site engineer/project manager
• Maintain quality
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed at the site
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Maintain daily site reports, labor attendance, and work progress records
• Identify site issues and report them promptly to management
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site cleanliness
• Assist in inspections and handover activities

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Civil Engineering or relevant experience
• Good knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Basic knowledge of safety standards
• Good communication and team management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
