Interior Site Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor – Interior to oversee interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of interior works, materials, and construction practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

Ensure all work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.

Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at the site at all times.

Assist in material planning, requisition, and inventory management.

Attend project meetings and liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants.

Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently to prevent project delays.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

Minimum 1+ years of experience in supervising interior fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and finishes.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and timelines.

Familiar with health and safety standards on construction sites.

Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
