Role Overview
:
We are seeking a design-focused Intermediate Architect with strong conceptual and digital design capabilities to support the delivery of large-scale mixed-use developments and urban projects.
The role will contribute primarily during concept design, schematic design, and design development stages, supporting senior design leaders and project architects in producing high-quality architectural solutions.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong design thinking, visualization capability, and fluency in contemporary architectural software tools.
Key Responsibilities
:

Support the development of architectural concepts and design strategies across various project stages

Prepare concept design packages, diagrams, and presentation material for internal and client reviews

Develop 3D models, visualizations, and design studies to communicate architectural intent

Assist in translating conceptual ideas into schematic and design development documentation

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including planners, landscape architects, and engineers

Participate in design workshops, coordination meetings, and design reviews

Maintain high design standards aligned with project vision and architectural quality expectations
Requirements
:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
-
5-8 years of architectural design experience in international design studios or consultancies

Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design and design development work

Advanced proficiency in Rhino, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with Grasshopper or parametric design tools is advantageous

Strong visualization and presentation skills
-
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary design teams

Experience in large-scale mixed-use or urban development projects is desirable
