Role Overview :

We are seeking a design-focused Intermediate Architect with strong conceptual and digital design capabilities to support the delivery of large-scale mixed-use developments and urban projects.

The role will contribute primarily during concept design, schematic design, and design development stages, supporting senior design leaders and project architects in producing high-quality architectural solutions.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong design thinking, visualization capability, and fluency in contemporary architectural software tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the development of architectural concepts and design strategies across various project stages
• Prepare concept design packages, diagrams, and presentation material for internal and client reviews
• Develop 3D models, visualizations, and design studies to communicate architectural intent
• Assist in translating conceptual ideas into schematic and design development documentation
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including planners, landscape architects, and engineers
• Participate in design workshops, coordination meetings, and design reviews
• Maintain high design standards aligned with project vision and architectural quality expectations

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• 5-8 years of architectural design experience in international design studios or consultancies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design and design development work
• Advanced proficiency in Rhino, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Grasshopper or parametric design tools is advantageous
• Strong visualization and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary design teams
• Experience in large-scale mixed-use or urban development projects is desirable
