Intermodal Operations Manager

Job Summary
An established and growing intermodal trucking company is seeking an experienced Intermodal Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Columbus-area terminal. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with a solid intermodal background who can keep freight moving efficiently while supporting drivers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept and process customer orders
• Rate shipments and assist with pricing as needed
• Dispatch and coordinate daily intermodal moves
• Oversee order entry and operational accuracy
• Recruit and onboard owner-operators
• Provide high-level customer service and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Communicate and report directly to the corporate terminal

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of intermodal trucking operations experience (required)
• Strong understanding of intermodal dispatch and terminal operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer and system skills
• Motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented

Position Details

• Full-time, on-site position
