Internship responsibilities and project work will vary by department and location but are structured to support professional development, collaboration with experienced teams, and practical learning aligned with academic studies.

What You’ll Do as an Intern:

As an Intern with IP Corporation, you will gain hands-on exposure to real business operations, projects, and teamwork. You’ll work closely with leaders and team members in your assigned department to support day-to-day tasks, contribute to ongoing initiatives, and learn about our industry, products, and business strategy.

This internship is designed to support learning, skill development, and career exploration.


What You Can Expect to Do in This Role:

  • Assist with daily tasks and department projects under the guidance of your supervisor.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Participate in team meetings, plant/office tours, and learning sessions.
  • Create and update documents, reports, or presentations as needed.
  • Support process improvements, continuous improvement activities, or project milestones.
  • Learn about the composites industry, manufacturing processes, and IP Corporation operations.
  • Build professional skills in communication, teamwork, time management, and problem solving.


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college, university, or technical program.
  • Interest in manufacturing, business operations, engineering, supply chain, sales, finance, HR, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email, etc.).

Preferred (but not required):

  • Prior internship, part-time job, or project experience.
  • Coursework related to the internship department (optional, not required).
  • Curiosity, initiative, and problem-solving mindset.

Pay Transparency:

Hourly Compensation: $25.00
Hours and schedule can be adjusted based on academic requirements.
