Are you a college student looking to learn about Commercial Real Estate? If so, we want you on the Ciminelli team!

Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation is hiring a group of summer interns to join our full-service real estate company. This role will expose you to the many career paths and areas that exist within our organization. Our current intern openings are in the following areas: Development, Investments, Brokerage, Property Management, and IT.

What we ask of you:

• Explore multiple areas of commercial real estate, including development, investments, brokerage, property management, and IT, gaining insight into how different teams work together to operate properties, serve clients, and grow the business.

• Work on real projects that support day-to-day business decisions, not just busywork, helping teams track information, analyze trends, and complete tasks that influence revenue, expenses, and overall performance.

• See how your work fits into the bigger picture, learning how individual contributions at the intern level help improve property performance, client experience, and long-term company success.

• Participate in a structured intern program, working with a mentor from your department, attending intern and company events, and taking part in cross-functional activities that help you build connections and explore career paths.

Desired experience:

• Currently studying in a relevant degree program, required.

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, preferred.

• Driver’s license and Auto Insurance, required.

Compensation:

• The anticipated base rate of pay for this position is $19 – 21 per hour.

• Base rate of pay is determined by a number of critical factors, including but not limited to: required experience, skill set needed, and financial and people management scope.
