Intern - Business Analyst

Internship Start Date: June 2026

This position is in person from our Bala Cynwyd, PA location.

What You Will Do:

• Learn fundamental principles of business analysis
• Gain an understanding of how to translate conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed functional requirements
• Understand how to elicit, document, analyze, and validate high quality requirements
• Learn how to manage requirements throughout the delivery process
• Obtain exposure to the commercial lines insurance products
• Establish partnerships with both business and IT stakeholders

What We Look For:

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree, preferably in: IT, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or business administration (ideal candidate will have completed Junior year, but open to other classes as well)
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite with willingness and ability to learn new applications quickly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of individuals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in insurance or business a plus
