Intern – Business Development & Administration / HR department

Kuala, India

Requirements:

  • Education: UG / PG (Any discipline)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Interest in Business Development, HR, and Administrative functions
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities

Allowance / Stipend:

  • Internship allowance will be provided
  • Support business development activities such as lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination
  • Maintain reports, documentation, and HR/administration records
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and multitask effectively
