Requirements:
- Education: UG / PG (Any discipline)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Interest in Business Development, HR, and Administrative functions
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
Allowance / Stipend:
- Internship allowance will be provided
- Support business development activities such as lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination
- Maintain reports, documentation, and HR/administration records
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operations
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and multitask effectively
