Job Summary

Under direct supervision, this exciting role in Dominion Energy's Cyber Compliance Group will perform the following duties:

  • Assist with maintaining the cyber regulatory compliance program for processes, applications, and systems across business units.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain, Legal and Cyber Risk team in support of our Cyber Security Risk Management program to learn the impact of our Cyber requirements within the Supply Chain organization.
  • Work with experienced compliance analysts to leverage cyber security best practices and to gain an understanding of cyber regulatory requirements.
  • Provide assistance in compliance-related projects requiring basic knowledge of regulatory requirements (Physical and Cyber) as well as knowledge of appropriate security architecture, technology best practices and business area requirements, limitations and unique system implementations.
  • Assist with implementation of compliance processes and procedures for systems and applications.
  • Assist with the evaluation of processes for failure points and assists with the implementation of controls to mitigate those potential failures.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

  • This position will report onsite 4 days out of the week.
  • 0 to 2 years of programming, compliance, or analytical experience in a classroom setting.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to organize and file documentation in an electronic repository.
  • Basic knowledge of cyber security best practices including access management, change management, and physical and electronic security practices is preferred but not required.

Education Requirements

  • Must be a purusing a bachelor's or master's degree in Information security or a related major/minor
  • Must have a graduation date of Fall 2026 or later
  • Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above
