JD Logistics, a Supply Chain arm of JD.COM is currently seeking a bilingual intern to support our Account Management/Client Services team in Fontana, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer full lifecycle data.
• Assist account managers in tracking key project progress for major customers.
• Support department leads in following up on critical tasks and project developments.

Requirements

• Minimum full-time commitment of 3 months; part-time arrangements (3-4 days per week) are also acceptable
• Preferred majors: Data Management & Analysis, Management, or related fields.
• Personal qualities: Meticulous, reliable, responsible, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
